This page presents the costs of 3 types of houses. Have in mind that it is preferable to have a ground floor and a first floor, in order to have sea view from your first floor window or balcony (like in the pictures shown). From the first floor your view will be full of trees (like in the pictures shown). House type 1 (concrete). Ground floor of 100 sq.m. contains lounge, kitchen, utility room, WC. First floor of 100 sq.m. contains 2 bedrooms, lounge, WC, balcony. COST 170.000 to 185.000 euros. House type 2 (concrete). Ground floor of 50 sq.m. contains lounge, kitchen, WC. First floor of 50 sq.m. contains bedroom, lounge, WC, balcony. COST 82.000 to 91.000 euros. House type 3 (stone house). Ground floor of 100 sq.m. and first floor of 100 sq.m.. Rooms like in type 1. COST 200.000 to 214.000 euros. The prices were given by the civil engineer Mr. Dentakos, who also divided my land into 500 sq.m. plots. Feel free to ask him anything you want concerning the construction, by email to DENTAKOS@spa.forthnet.gr . Even if you like a quite different type of house, please ask him. He is the man who will run the whole process of constructing for you (have in mind that the total built area should be up to 200 sq.m.). TOTAL COSTS Assuming you have chosen house type 2 for 82.000 euros, there are: +36.500 euro (cost of land)[THERE ARE ALSO SOME PLOTS I AM WILLING TO SELL FOR JUST 25.000 EURO!!!!] + 4.015 euro (Transfer Tax 11%) + 548 euro (Public Notary 1,5%) + 500 euro (your lawyer's cost approximately) +82.000 euro (the house) 123.563 euro TOTAL COST FOR LAND AND HOUSE |
