Lots of sun, sea and trees...

The Greek state has decided that the owners of this land can build 2-level houses of up to 200 square meters (both levels in total). The owner should own 500 sq.m. of land at least. This is how I divided the land. The area is of course covered by motor road, electricity and phone wires and water pipes.
